Leslie brings 15+ years of professional experience in non-profit management, strategy development, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I), and providing business support and guidance to entrepreneurs and founders. While she wears many hats in her day-to-day, Leslie is best known for her proven ability to establish structure and develop plans that lead even the earliest of ideas to life. She has led DE&I initiatives, created designed business education for founders, developed content for virtual and in-person events, built communications strategies, and led the development of research and strategic plans. Everything started with an idea which she nurtured into reality.
An enthusiastic collaborator, Leslie adds positivity, flexibility, and a strong work ethic to every project. With a BA in Anthropology and an MS in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, Leslie excels in a people-first approach, and listens to the unique needs of her clients through every step of their partnership.
Leslie lives in NYC, and has traveled the world extensively. When she is not providing business support, she is likely planning her next trip and loves to offer recommendations when asked.
